Description
As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will:-
Contributing to the development and implementation of the overall People Plan, through active participation and by leading people programme projects across the business
Providing proactive support and challenge to the senior management team on all aspects of people and organisation development, driving a high-performing culture and contributing to the business plan
Creating and delivering local people plans to support this, ensuring they help deliver to critical business priorities and performance measures
Leading the annual cycle of people activity, including pay review, performance calibration, and employee engagement
Providing HR solutions to the business on employee engagement, organisational design/restructuring, talent and succession management, learning & development, performance management, and resource planning. Ensuring HR solutions represent an appropriate balance between external market practice and internal policy and practice
Working in partnership with the HR Director and business leaders to diagnose cultural levers and interventions that will drive the right culture
