Provides professional counselling for a wider range of issues including, but not restricted to relationship issues, depression, stress, anxiety, bereavement and work related issues. To utilise theory, evidence-based literature and research to support evidence-based practice on an individual basis. To agree a contract with a client after an initial assessment. To provide individual counselling to clients. To undertake continuing risk assessment of clients. To organise/ manage their own caseload. To be aware of and use appropriate referral systems. To keep confidential records in accordance with professional codes of practice and Trust Partake in Mental Wellbeing Clinics and sign post service users to a range of support that will be available. Help and partake is widening and diversifying our support package to staff members.
