Why You Cannot Miss This Opportunity Working closely with our brand team, you will play an integral role in editing and producing engaging video content for the brand across various digital channels. You will be at the forefront of our video content strategy, using your expertise to create compelling videos that resonate with our audience and elevate our brand presence online, particularly social channels. In more detail, your role will include: Editing high-quality, accurate, on-time, and on-brief video content, fully aligned with brand strategy. Creating dynamic video assets, including promotional videos, paid social advertising, and some longer-form content. Championing the brand and proactively updating all video content according to the new brand strategy. Collaborating to develop video-first campaign concepts and bring them to life. Producing both short-form and long-form video content with a focus on storytelling and audience engagement. Ensuring a seamless visual narrative across all digital platforms, utilising advanced editing techniques and motion graphics where appropriate to animate copy and elevate transitions. Liaising with project leads to understand briefs, adding insight and advice on video trends and best practices. Translating brand design guidelines into best in class video formatting of copy, layout and transitions. Balancing multiple projects, responding well to criticism, and implementing feedback to refine video content. The successful candidate will: Have a strong understanding of video production and editing processes from inception to delivery. Stay up to date with the latest video editing trends, tools, and technologies. Be passionate about beauty and skincare and how video content can enhance the brand experience. Be a proactive person who can deliver to strict deadlines. Have high attention to detail and a keen eye for visual storytelling. Have a desire to stay up to date with social media trends in the beauty space and a vision for creating new trends. Be organised and able to work independently on a daily basis. Be video editing-driven but still appreciate the broader aspects of visual design. Have the ability to be a visual storyteller using both live-action and motion graphics, translating ideas into engaging video experiences. Be a brand champion, able to apply guidelines consistently but also challenge them to bring engaging, disruptive video concepts. Experience required: 2 years in a Video Editing role with a strong portfolio – Beauty background would be a plus. Excellent with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Experience with colour grading and audio design. Experience creating motion graphics and interactive video content. Experience creating paid social media content.
