Our public sector client seeks a Temporary Ongoing Finance Assistant based in Derry. This role is based in our clients financial accounting department
Hours of work Mon-Fri 9am- 5
Rate of pay £11.45 per hour
Duties include:
1. Reception duties.
2. Use of computer systems to include data input and retrieval of information.
3. Data inputting
4. Maintenance of filing systems.
5. Processing mail.
6. Processing and collating information.
7. Taking and relaying messages/information.
8. Dealing with a range of queries.
9. Preparation and transportation of medical and other records.
10. Making appointments.
11. Arranging meetings.
12. General office duties such as photocopying and faxing.
Essential Criteria
13. a) 4 GCSE’s Grades A-C to include English Language (or equivalent Qualification)
OR
14. b) NVQ Level 2 in Administration (or equivalent qualification)
and
15. c) 1 year’s administrative /clerical experience.
16. *hospital admin would be preferable
17. Experience in using Microsoft WORD/ EXCEL/OUTLOOK or equivalent packages.
