PCR are currently looking for an Assistant Site Manager with a to join one our clients on a permanant basis in Surrey.
The role entails:
Assisting Managing the teams and sub-contractors on site
Liasing with clients
Compliance with Building Regulations and structural warranty standards
Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project
Coordinate site materials including call offs, stock control and storage
What are we looking for?
Someone who is driven and willing to learn and grow within the company
Strong IT Skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proactive with the ability to work and manage time effectively
Relevant industry qualifications - SMSTS and 1st Aid
