The role involves administering a caseload of CVLs, MVLs, and Administrations, ensuring compliance with statutory responsibilities and upholding professional duties to maximise realisations for creditors.
The successful candidate will be expected to manage their own workload efficiently, meet critical deadlines, and demonstrate strong organisational skills. A commercial mindset is essential to maintaining the firm's reputation and upholding professional standards.
Collaboration with managers, insolvency practitioners, and other team members will be required to ensure cases progress smoothly and are closed in a timely manner.
The role reports to the Insolvency Practitioner, Manager, and Assistant Manager. A strong ability to work as part of a team and contribute effectively is essential.
