We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Designer to join our team as Lead Architect for Defence Solutions.

Your Role:
* You will lead architectural design efforts for defence solutions, focusing on systems thinking and analysis.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure product design meets customer requirements.
* Develop system designs in accordance with architecture and requirements, using tools like ARCADIA Architectural Framework and Model-Based System Engineering.
* Identify testing and validation methods for architectures.
* Maintain documentation of design decisions and rationale.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
* Proven experience in product design, preferably in defence or aerospace industries.
* Familiarity with analogue and digital circuit design principles.
* Strong understanding of Systems Engineering methodologies, including Design, Verification, Validation, Qualification, and Acceptance.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to motivate and delegate effectively.
* Experience producing clear and precise documentation, such as technical reports and specifications.
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £65,000 to £95,000 per annum, depending on experience.
