Wandle Learning Trust, is a growing Multi Academy Trust based in South London, currently consisting of one secondary school and four primary schools. We have a further primary school joining in April and have ambitious growth plans for next 12 months. The Trust also runs the Wandle Learning Partnership which oversees our English, Maths and Teaching DfE Hubs offering extensive professional development and school improvement support. We also run our market leading phonics programme, Little Wandle Letters and Sounds Revised.
To support the growth of the Trust, and our mission to ensure every child reaches their full potential in an exclusive and supportive learning environment, we are seeking a visionary leader to oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of educational standards, curriculum frameworks, and assessment strategies across the Trust’s primary schools.
You will champion high expectations for all children, ensuring that every student thrives, regardless of background, and lead innovative strategies to enhance teaching quality and student outcomes across all of the Trust’s primary schools.
With proven leadership experience, you will have been successful in improving school performance and securing strong Ofsted outcomes, underpinned by a strong pedagogical understanding of how children learn and the ability to articulate this and translate it into teaching and learning. You will also have a strong understanding of safeguarding legislation, SEND practices, and curriculum development.
Your excellent interpersonal skills, and collaborative and inclusive approach to leadership, enables you to inspire and lead teams and work closely with headteachers, senior leaders, and external stakeholders to secure the most positive outcomes for children.
