You must hold at least a Level 3 or equivalent qualification. Job overview The role of the Room Leader is to manage their respective setting room on a daily basis to an exemplary standard. Maintaining a high quality safe and stimulating learning environment, stimulating children and staff alike, whilst delivering our overarching service Vision, Values, Ethos and the appropriate room Aspirations. Supervising staff and overseeing their continual professional development and role modelling best practice skills is crucial to building a high performing room team who deliver in line with the Statutory and Inspectorate framework. The Room Leader is a creative and reflective individual, who takes pride in implementing new ideas and uses a range of strategies to continually improve and elevate teaching practice. Supporting the setting management team to contribute with running the whole nursery will ensure the welfare and education outcomes for all children in Jesters care is at the heart of our offer to our families.
