Job overview
There is an exciting secondment / fixed term opportunity for you to become a part of the Specialist Medicine Business Unit 2.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and flexible individual to work in our Rheumatology secretary team, primarily based at the Royal Derby Hospital site but may require cross-site work at the Florence Nightingale Community Hospital. You will be part of an Administration Team that provides support to the Rheumatology team, including consultants and registrars.
Main duties of the job
The main duties for the role include:
1. Dealing with typing clinical correspondence
2. Prepping clinics
3. Inputting patient information onto our different systems
4. Supporting the Rheumatology Team with general administrative duties
