Understand customer needs and how our ERP solutions can benefit their business. Produce accurate sales proposals. Collaborate with Marketing to optimize opportunities. Maintain product knowledge and advise customers. Liaise with internal teams and ensure smooth project handovers. Maintain CRM records and achieve sales targets. Essential Skills & Experience: Background in business development, account management, software implementation, and/or training.
