The company specialises in working on Super prime refurbishment projects valued between £5,000 to £10 million within the high net worth areas of London such as Chelsea, Knightsbridge & Mayfair.
The Role
Due to continued growth, my client has a requirement for a Special Works Manager to join their operations department and take charge of our Aftercare Services, Small Works, Ad-hoc Jobs, and Defects management. This is a hands-on role working alongside the Maintenance Manager to work on multiple projects under £500k. Due to the nature of the companies work this will be predominately on high end residential projects requiring the finest finishes.
Skills & Requirements
* Proven experience in providing excellent customer care, particularly in high-end residential construction.
* Strong problem-solving abilities with an in-depth knowledge of construction processes.
* Commercial acumen, with experience in quoting, invoicing, cost control, and financial oversight.
* Process-driven, with a track record of creating and managing effective systems.
* Ability to lead and performance manage teams to meet strict deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
