Key Responsibilities Small Group and 1:1 Interventions : Work closely with students in small groups or on a one-to-one basis to deliver targeted support in maths, focusing on key areas such as algebra, geometry, statistics, and problem-solving. Classroom Support : Assist the class teacher in delivering maths lessons, ensuring that all students can access the curriculum effectively. Curriculum Support : Reinforce lesson content by explaining difficult concepts in a clear and accessible way, catering to students with varying levels of ability. Exam Preparation : Support students in preparing for exams by helping them revise, providing practice questions, and teaching effective problem-solving strategies. Progress Monitoring : Track and report on students' progress, identifying areas where additional support is needed and helping to adapt strategies accordingly. Resource Development : Help the teacher in preparing learning materials and resources that are engaging and tailored to individual learning needs.
