If so, we want to hear from youAbout the RoleAs a Regional Support Manager, on a Fixed Term Contract, you will be responsible for the operational management of catering services across multiple healthcare sites within the South and Central areas of the UK You will lead and develop high-performing teams, ensuring contractual, financial, and operational excellence while consistently delivering outstanding patient and customer experiences.Key Responsibilities People LeadershipInspire, develop, and support in leading a team to create a positive, high-performing work environment.Identify training needs and provide development opportunities to build capability and ensure succession planning.Ensure all unit teams are skilled, motivated, and have the resources to deliver exceptional service.Monitor staff performance, address absenteeism, and implement initiatives to enhance workforce efficiency. Client & Customer ExcellenceBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior clients and on-site teams.Ensure all contractual KPIs and SLAs are consistently met or exceeded.Monitor patient and customer feedback trends, driving initiatives to improve overall satisfaction. Financial & Commercial PerformanceDrive financial performance, ensuring all units meet or exceed budget and business targets.Regularly review unit performance, identifying opportunities for cost efficiencies and revenue growth.Develop and implement business plans to optimize financial performance across the region.
