The overall aim of this post is to improve the mental health and wellbeing needs of spouses and partners of serving personnel as they integrate into living and/or working environments following relocation to Suffolk. 18 hours per week flexible to be discussed £12,344.60 - £13,825.95 per annum (£25,375.00 - £28,420.00 full time equivalent per annum) Bury St Edmunds Role requires travel to various locations across Suffolk Fixed term contract for 24 months Key requirements for this role: Excellent networking skills with the ability to influence and build positive relationships. Able to develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals and organisations. Experience of working with hard-to-reach communities. Excellent communication skills – be able to actively listen, convey empathy and adapt language and style. Be psychologically and emotionally robust in order to respond to a range of potentially challenging situations in the community.
