Commercial Property Lawyer Hybrid working model with some flexibility on working hours Offices across Mid-Essex £60-£65K plus excellent benefits An exciting opportunity has arisen for a versatile and confident Commercial Property Lawyer to join a thriving and expanding Commercial Property department. This role offers a long-term career path with excellent progression opportunities and exposure to high-quality work. Key Responsibilities: Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters with minimal supervision. Handle acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, business lease renewals, site assembly, estate development, and property work for a range of clients, including educational institutions, pension schemes, investor clients, insolvency practitioners, and charities. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of service and client satisfaction. Play a key role in business development, attracting new clients and contributing to the firm’s growth. Support the Head of Department and senior fee earners by providing guidance and coaching to junior team members. Requirements: Ideally a Minimum 3 years PQE in Commercial Property law. Strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage a varied workload independently. Excellent client management skills with a commercial mindset.
