What is the Programme?
It's a 2-year programme involving rotational placements, offering the opportunity to participate in various projects. You will work as part of a team that aims to protect and enhance Gatwick's reputation and support the sustainable growth of the airport in the long term.
This role will focus on delivering excellent external engagement and communications, research and analysis, and supporting project and event delivery.
What will you gain?

Do you have what we're looking for?
* Achieved or predicted 2:1 grade in a relevant discipline (Graduated 2024 or projected for 2025)
* Proficiency in IT including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Ability to prioritize tasks
* Analytical skills to interpret data and research findings clearly
* Ability to build strong relationships
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to work at pace
* Enjoy working in a team, sharing ideas, and collaborating with colleagues and other graduates
