2. Addressing emails
3. Liaising with clinics and healthcare professionals regarding patient queries
4. Carrying out administrative tasks relating to Import/Export of CBM's
5. Directing requests and unresolved issues to the designated person
6. Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions
Key Competencies of a Customer Service Administrator
1. Customer service
2. GCSE or equivalent level
3. Numerate (GCSE or equivalent level maths)
4. IT literate, Microsoft office and SAP
5. Ability to self-manage and prioritise and plan effectively
6. Strong communication skills, both written and oral
