Thorn Baker are currently working with a large Facilities Management company to recruit an experienced cleaning account manager, based on the outskirts of Nottinghamshire.
The role has been developed to enhance the service levels for the client and support the supervisory team from a more senior level.
Build and lead a team to deliver a first-class service across the portfolio, taking ownership of the workplace and the daily operation. Develop people, relationships, and build engaged and enabled teams that are empowered to act, to take the lead on continuous improvement, sustainability, and Health & Safety.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Delivering a first-class service to our client for all the contract cleaning.
2. Developing and maintaining a professional and proactive business relationship with the key people within the client's team.
3. Holding weekly team meetings with direct reports ensuring policies and procedures are followed and requirements/expectations are fully communicated at all levels.
4. Assisting in the recruitment of employees, including appraisals, interviews, training, and HR relevant documentation and processes.
5. Supporting management/supervisors from other shifts as required.
6. Reviewing best practices and presenting new ideas to keep ahead of the cleaning industry.
7. Preparing management information, including budgets, KPIs, and SLAs.
8. Attending weekly and monthly operations meetings as required and presenting the collated information.
9. Ensuring customer service is at the heart of the way services are delivered.
10. Carrying out audits for our client ensuring KPIs are met and exceeded.
11. Dealing with reactive situations and the development of an agile workforce.
