The Role
You will be responsible for providing co-ordination, administration, and support to the Facilities and Estates management team, coordinating activities, ordering and documentation for the team, supporting the reactive and forward maintenance database, and supporting the Estates Customer Service Centre.
What are we looking for?
You should have a level 2 qualification in Maths and English (or be willing to work towards it), and the ability to use IT systems to provide administrative support, being proficient in the use of MS Office and MS Teams. You will need to be self-motivated, able to show initiative, and work unsupervised, with the ability to work to deadlines, meet targets, and be resilient.
