Perhaps you have face to face Customer Service experience, and you are looking to step into an office role If this sounds like you, and you have good communication skills and have good computer skills then this role could be for you Exciting opportunity – Customer Service Advisor Training – Full Training provided Location - Wokingham – office based, parking onsite, 20 minutes’ walk from the train station Salary - £25,500 Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm You'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing an exceptional service and helping them with any queries they may have Key Responsibilities: Help with queries via phone, email and web enquiries. Taking inbound and making outbound calls to update customers Record information from customers and other stakeholders onto the system Supporting the supervisor Pass calls and other works to internal colleagues Run reports to assist in performance management queries and data collection Assist in various other ad hoc tasks as and when necessary What We're Looking For: Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Tech-Savvy: Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel. Calm Under Pressure: Ability to prioritise tasks and remain composed during busy periods. Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated with a 'can do' approach.
