Marketing Assistant - Borehamwood £28,000 - £32,000 basic, plus benefits Client, Job Role, and expectations With 50 years’ experience within the industry, Finstral have developed an enviable reputation as a leading manufacturer and installer of doors and windows and associated products, providing continuous solutions and ongoing support to their client base as a one stop shop. The business has achieved strong YOY growth across Europe but are now looking to increase their presence in the UK through its market potential and business strategy. Finstral currently have a turnover of circa €350 Million and are looking to increase this substantially within the UK market. To support and achieve these objectives, Finstral is partnering with Charlesworth Kennedy to appoint several key personnel, one of these being a Marketing Assistant. It is anticipated that this will be one of the first steps in developing the wholly owned subsidiary in the UK, include a full team of professionals and customer support. Key Accountabilities include: • Liaise with HQ and the centralised marketing team • Implement marketing campaigns and keep abreast of competitor / market trends • Manage the UK’s social media accounts • Assist with planning and executing events • Create reports to help opportunities for improvement • Understand and learn from analytics from campaigns • Utilise video demo’s This individual can be a graduate with a marketing qualification or someone with 1-2 years’ work experience in a marketing position. The ideal candidate will have a natural passion for all things marketing, self-motivated, creative, a team player and a good communicator. Experience/Qualifications • Proven interest or experience in marketing, with an understanding of digital marketing principles. • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and social media management tools is advantageous. • Marketing degree or strong associated qualification would also be advantageous • Excellent copywriting skills, with an ability to craft engaging content tailored to different audiences. • Basic knowledge of SEO practices and how they influence online content visibility. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Leadership qualities that demonstrate initiative and a willingness to take on new challenges. • A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Attention to detail and accuracy as well as fully IT literate (Outlook, Word, Excel) Package / Remuneration: The remuneration package offered at this stage is subject to the experience of the candidate, but will likely include the following: Basic Salary: Between £28,000 - £32,000 Additional: Health, Pension, laptop, mobile phone Contact James Dawson Lead Consultant
