Salary: £40,000 and £47,000 per year (dependent on experience)

We are looking for a Senior Transport Planner who specializes in Business Cases to join our Transport Planning team at Align Property Services. This is a brand-new position, giving you the opportunity to shape and develop the role, making it your own through establishing best practice.
You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to the growth and success of our transportation planning initiatives. Your excellent communication will allow you to lead and support in the delivery of business cases alongside building a strong rapport with colleagues and clients while supporting the wider Transport Planning team in their initiatives.

To be successful in this position, you will be able to demonstrate the following essential skills and qualifications:
* Hold a relevant degree in Transport Planning with post-graduate experience in the Transport sector.
* Experience in the development of business cases.
* Previous experience working with Local Government clients, with a developed understanding of the pressures and priorities of Local Government.
* Have strong problem-solving skills and be passionate about finding quick, innovative, and practical solutions.
* Experience in writing accurate reports.
* Membership with TPS/CIHT or working towards membership.
* Full UK driving license.
