We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Junior Sous chef to work within the hotel's kitchen alongside an experienced Head Chef and his team in this lovely town centre hotel. As Junior Sous chef you will be producing dishes for the hotel's main restaurant, lounge bar and banqueting departments.

The Person
The ideal Junior Sous chef will have the following:
* Experience as a Junior Sous chef or Senior Chef De Partie in 4/5 hotels or fine dining.
* Fresh food background essential
* local to Windsor or with own transport
* A desire to learn and progress.
* Happy working shifts as required- straights shifts.
* Be driven and wanting to push for the best.
