We are seeking three dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support our partner school in Exeter.
This is a full-time opportunity with the potential to become permanent for the right candidates.

- Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential for travel).
- Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent qualifications).
- A strong passion for helping students with SEN achieve their full potential.
- Deliver tailored support to SEN students, working one-to-one and in group settings, focusing on academic, emotional, and social development.
- Collaborate with teachers and SEN coordinators to create and implement individualised learning plans.
- Assist students in managing behaviour, building self-confidence, and fostering positive relationships.
- Ensure a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment where students can thrive.
- Comprehensive child protection and prevent duty training free of charge.
