This is an exciting role and would most likely suit someone with previous experience as a Senior Pensions Administrator who is looking to develop and progress within continuous improvement - specifically within Training & System Demonstrations. Learn more here: https://www.xpsgroup.com/what-we-do/administration/] The Role As a Continuous Improvement Analyst with XPS, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, enhancing member experience, and achieving business objectives through the identification and implementation of process improvements. This role is within the team supporting the migration of schemes to the new Aurora platform and the ongoing development of Alfresco Paas. Specifically, This Role Will Focus On Delivering training as we continue the roll out across the teams Internal and external system demonstrations Creation & ongoing maintenance of training guides/manuals Other Duties And Responsibilities May Include Process Analysis/Definition – Facilitating and running sessions with key business representatives to drive out detailed business requirements for new business/new solutions for existing business Performance Metrics – Defining key performance indicators and metrics to measure performance and track improvements Data Analysis – Analysing data related to process performance Process Improvement Initiatives – Collaborating with teams across the operation to develop process improvement initiatives Risk Assessment – Analysing risks associated with process changes and improvements Stakeholder Engagement – Engaging with individuals from key stakeholder groups to ensure buy in and support for implementing changes System Development & Testing – Support the development of new tools and systems and undertaking functionality testing Your profile Essential Criteria Extensive experience in pension administration. Ideally the role would be suited to a Senior Administrator looking to develop their skillset. The role holder will have a strong understanding of administration gained in an operational role. Experience in the design and delivery of training programmes - this includes scoping, designing, delivering the training, assessing effectiveness and the creation and ongoing maintenance of training materials First class communication skills with experience of presenting to both internal and external stakeholders. Ideally able to present complicated business matters to potential non-pensions technical users. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent stakeholder management skills. Well organised and positive attitude with the ability to plan, prioritise and effectively manage their work. Excellent analytical, problem solving, attention to detail, organisational and planning skills. Ability to work well under pressure, across multiple workstreams, delivering to time and quality standards. Experience of working directly with clients and business representatives. Desirable Criteria Ability to think laterally across issues and challenges and seek collaborative solutions to problems. Produce consistent and high-quality results. Able to follow instructions, procedures and assimilate information quickly in a consistent manner. Produce high level to detailed specifications and play back to key parties in order to achieve agreement on requirements. Positively contribute to regular team meetings, implementing any recommendations or decisions made in terms of working practice and efficiencies.
