SALES COORDINATOR LOCATION: Swindon SALARY: £24,000 to £25,500 plus benefits package JOB TYPE: Permanent 37.5 hours a week 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday Role Purpose As a Sales Coordinator, you will focus on maximising sales opportunities by generating high quality prospect appointments for our Business Development Manager’s (BDM’s), this is a telesales-based role so previous experience in a similar role or environment would be advantageous. Your key responsibilities as our Sales Coordinator will include: • Sell our standard services to prospective customers over the phone (telesales), promoting Company products and services along with the benefits to these potential customers. • Identify new business opportunities, gathering comprehensive information relating to the potential new opportunities and updating the CRM. • Contacting potential customers to gain commitment to an appointment, achieving daily and weekly targets. • Maintain accurate and timely records of the prospect’s details, updating and maintaining all internal systems. • Liaise with the BDM’s and Regional Sales Manager Experience Required • Previous experience of outbound calls in a telesales environment to businesses or consumers would be an advantage, with an excellent telephone manner. • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build up rapport quickly. • High attention to detail and organisational skills. • Previous experience of navigating CRM systems or databases. • Target driven and the ability to engage with key decision makers.
