Reporting directly to the principal, the Examinations Administrator is responsible for ensuring that all examinations are conducted in accordance with regulatory standards while strictly adhering to confidentiality guidelines at all times.
The primary responsibilities associated with this position involve the preparation of comprehensive timetables for all examinations, ensuring that the dates, times, venues, and the number of candidates are thoroughly documented. Furthermore, the role encompasses the processing, collection, and dispatch of OPTEMs. Additionally, it is required to complete the certificate issuance process, which includes the verification and distribution of certificates.
The additional responsibilities will include working closely with the finance team to accurately record and submit monthly invigilator hours. You will be required to liaise with external agencies as necessary to obtain assistance.
