Estate Agency in Exeter is looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join the team.
The successful candidate will be a well presented and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills, and have the energy and drive needed to succeed in a busy sales environment, as well as the ability to work effectively on their own and as part of a successful team.
Main Duties:
1. Working in the Sales Department in a busy Estate Agency office.
2. Registering purchaser details and matching them to available properties.
3. Booking property valuations.
4. Carrying out accompanied viewings with purchasers.
5. Negotiating property sales and liaising between purchasers and vendors.
6. Working closely with other Negotiators, sharing information to secure additional business.
7. Keeping a close eye on the local market, noticing any changes, and recognising opportunities.
8. Being part of an enthusiastic and driven team, working towards common goals.
Skills and Requirements:
1. Strong negotiation skills.
2. A good understanding of Estate Agency and the sales process.
3. High level of commercial awareness.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
6. A keen eye for detail.
7. Confident and able to work alone, as well as be part of a team.
8. Able to work to targets.
9. A willingness to go the extra mile.
10. A full UK driving license.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will enjoy a basic salary of between £21,000 to £23,000, depending on experience, plus an excellent commission and benefits package.
