Position: Elmbridge Women’s Hub Coordinator
Work Schedule: 2 days/week
Salary: £28,000 – £31,000 p/a pro rata

At Voices of Hope, we’re dedicated to empowering women and strengthening communities. The Elmbridge Women’s Hub is a new and exciting initiative designed to provide support, connection, and resources for women in the local area. We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to lead this project, helping to build strong partnerships and ensure the Hub’s long-term success.
Role Overview:
As the Elmbridge Women’s Hub Coordinator, you will be at the heart of this initiative—developing relationships with key partners, overseeing volunteers, and managing the day-to-day operations of the Hub. Working closely with our Women’s Services Manager, you’ll ensure that the Hub is a thriving, welcoming space for women in Elmbridge.
What You’ll Do:
* Build & Strengthen Partnerships – Connect with local organisations, domestic violence services, and community providers to establish strong referral pathways and partnerships.
* Lead & Develop the Hub – Oversee the Hub’s operations, activities, and volunteers, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
* Community Engagement – Represent the Hub at local events, raising awareness and increasing its reach.
* Support & Coordinate Volunteers – Recruit, train, and manage a dedicated team to deliver impactful programmes.
* Monitor & Evaluate Impact – Track attendance, gather feedback, and report on the Hub’s success to funders and stakeholders.
* Fundraising & Sustainability – Work with our team to identify funding opportunities, apply for grants, and develop fundraising initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong leadership and project management skills.
* Experience working with Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) services or community-based organisations.
* Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
* Knowledge of safeguarding policies and risk assessment procedures.
* Experience working with volunteers, community groups, or support services.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and administrative skills.
Additional Information:
This role is based at Elmbridge Women’s Hub locations, with some remote work and occasional meetings at our VoH office in Kingston. The position is subject to DBS checks and compliance with safeguarding policies.
