Contracts Administrator
Package - up to £24,000 + benefits
Contracts Administrator required. Based on the outskirts of Leeds with easy access via the M1, M62 & M621, the role of Contracts Admin is an ideal position for an experienced administrator that is looking for a position that will use their “know how” and skills in a new way.
Working closely with the Lead Planner for your region, you will support the Operations & Project Managers in administering and coordinating the communication between NEO and our customers, supporting our field-based colleagues in ensuring they have all the required information and materials, updating the company systems and allocating work to colleagues via the work portal.
Whilst previous contract admin experience would be beneficial, it’s by no means essential. If you have an admin background and work in a logical and organised way, then we can provide you with the training needed to be successful.
The role requires someone with a team player mindset who understands the value of good communication (both written and verbal) as you will be interacting with stakeholders across the business, customers, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Building and maintaining effective support to site-based teams (managers and technicians)
* Co-ordinating work plans with customers, agreeing appointments and confirming arrangements in writing
* Working within established workflows
* Co-ordinating requests for information and providing reports through use of Company systems
* Liaising with client teams to ensure the timely production of performance data and key operational statistics
Skills / Experience:
* IT literate – experience of Microsoft Office programmes (Excel / Power Point / Word / Outlook)
* Able to pick up new systems and software quickly
* Organised and structured
* Able to build strong working relationships
* Able to work under pressure
What you get:
* Salary dependent upon experience up to £26,000
* Working hours options include 07:30 - 16:00 / 08:00 - 16:30 (Early finish Fridays)
