Human Resources Advisor Our client is looking for a HR Advisor to join them on an initial 3 months contract. Reporting into the HR Director the HR Advisor will support the business to the implementation of the People Strategy whilst driving best practice, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures are in line with employment legislation. Key Responsibilities Absence management stage 1, 2 and 3 processes Supporting investigating managers Recruitment Key skills and experience required Level 5 CIPD qualified - Essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Questioning, active listening skills and ability to establish rapport. Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise to meet competing deadlines, manage customer expectations, and work well under pressure. Computer literate.
