Were looking for a dedicated Hygiene Operative to ensure our facilities are maintained to the highest standards. Role Overview: As a Hygiene Operative, you will be pivotal in maintaining cleanliness across designated areas, ensuring adherence to hygiene schedules, and implementing best practices for optimal cleanliness. Key Responsibilities: Conduct all cleaning tasks as outlined by the Hygiene Team Leader to meet high cleanliness standards. Identify areas for improvement and help implement policies, controls, and standards for hygiene. Optimize the use of cleaning materials to achieve set objectives. Perform visual checks of areas/lines post-cleaning to ensure thoroughness. Accurately complete paperwork after assigned tasks. Properly utilize and store cleaning equipment. Adhere to Health and Safety policies and report incidents or near misses through appropriate channels. Perform other reasonable duties as requested by the hygiene manager or area leader. General Expectations: Follow all Branston Health and Safety and Hygiene rules at all times. Carry out duties efficiently, with a focus on time and resource management. Participate in any necessary training provided to fulfill the role effectively. Undertake any reasonable additional duties as requested by your manager.
