Your Role as a Pharmacy Retail Co-Ordinator
In this dynamic position, you will:
1. Oversee the daily operations of the retail side of the pharmacy, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
2. Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager to implement merchandising strategies and optimise product placement.
3. Drive sales through effective promotions, customer engagement, and product knowledge.
4. Maintain exceptional standards of presentation and cleanliness throughout the retail space.
5. Manage stock levels, ordering supplies as necessary, and mitigating loss.
6. Train and support retail staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
7. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
8. Proven experience in a retail management or co-ordinating role, preferably within the pharmacy or healthcare sector.
9. Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating teams to achieve sales goals and high customer service standards.
10. Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
11. An aptitude for merchandising and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
12. Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office suite.
13. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, and the capacity to engage effectively with customers and team members alike.

Working Hours & Benefits:
This is a full-time position, with flexible working hours of Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm.
