Our clients, a well established brand specialising in removals, international shipping and storage, is currently looking to appoint a dynamic commercially aware Sales Consultant to join their team in NW10.
The Sales Consultant will be responsible for growing territory revenue and delivering profit in line with margin expectation and targets. Working in conjunction with the Group and National Sales Manager, you will required to identify, establish, and develop a successful OBS process, method, and strategy to effectively service the company's requirements.
Sales Consultant duties include:
1. Handling incoming enquiries from all channels, commercially reviewing them and actioning accordingly.
2. Complete customer surveys via telephone, video call and self-survey information.
3. All enquiries/quotations to be recorded in Navision.
4. Identification of customer buying criteria.
5. Price bounce to gauge customer reaction.
6. Accurate costings via costing form and table.
7. Determining margin through factors such as move date, insurance value, competition and customer confidence in brand.
8. Insurance sales and uplifts.
9. Introduce affiliate revenue streams.
10. Preparing and submitting quotations to customer.
11. See jobs through to conclusion and maintain records in Navision.
12. Work with the Operations team to establish appropriate service standards, and to proactively seek service improvements.
We're keen to speak to competent sales professionals with an elevated level of emotional intelligence who can perform against sales targets and working alongside internal teams. The successful Sales Consultant will have proven sales experience with demonstrable consultative, negotiating and influencing skills. First class communication skills and approachability go without saying.
