ABOUT THE ROLE
As Estimating administrator, you will be responsible for receipt of phone call, email or notices via a portal of a tendering opportunity. You will check emails or portals for new tender enquires while downloading tender documentation. You will also create tender document registers and add all relevant information to the settlement book. You will also issue all technical enquires within 1 week of tender docs. The role will encompass a wide range of administrative duties to support the overall tender process.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Experience in a construction administrative position or Estimating 2-3 years
2. Proficient in Microsoft software.
3. Construction knowledge is desired but not essential.
