This role will report directly into the CFO and manage a team of 3 direct reports.
This role will be a FULLY OFFICE BASED ROLE, in the City of London, with travel to the Heathrow office when needed.
Financial Controller Responsibilities:
* Preparation and review of month end management accounts.
* Managing month end close and management reporting timetable.
* Monthly commission reports and calculations
* Co-ordinate and manage year end audit.
* Identify and implement improvements within the Finance function
* Co-ordinate the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
* Partnering with heads of business units to track performance at GP/NP
* Liaise with finance heads of group of companies on an ad-hoc basis
* Provision of information to Financial Control Authority
* Reporting to Office of National Statistics
* Development and management of team members
* Supporting the payroll function

Ideal Financial Controller Profile:
* Team management
* 3-5 years post qualified experience
* Good system skills (preferably Sage 200 but not essential).
