Create a positive and structured classroom environment where children feel safe and encouraged to explore. Work closely with Teaching Assistants, SENDCo, and subject leads to enhance learning. Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and provide feedback to parents. Ideal Candidate Profile QTS and experience in KS1 teaching, ideally in Year 1. Strong understanding of phonics schemes such as Letters and Sounds or Jolly Phonics. A commitment to child-centred, creative teaching approaches.
