NDT Radiographer / Industrial Radiographer
A well-established engineering, fabrication, and welding company based in Burton on Trent, supplying the petrochemical and oil & gas industries, is looking for an experienced Radiographer to join their team.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary: Up to £36,000 per year (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
Friday: 7:00 am - 12:00 pm
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform radiographic inspections to ensure high-quality and safe results.
* Check and understand results according to relevant standards and procedures.
* Accurately report all radiographic findings.
* Get all necessary materials and equipment ready before starting work.
* Carry out internal checks and quality control.
* Keep the radiography area clean and organised.
* Support continuous improvement within the company.
Requirements:
* PCN Level 1 Radiography qualification, with the willingness to achieve Level 2 soon.
* At least 2 years of experience in industrial radiography, preferably in welding or fabrication environments.
* Strong knowledge of quality control and inspection procedures.
* Familiarity with NDT methods and safety regulations in industrial settings.
* Must have the legal right to live and work in the UK. (Applications from outside the UK will not be considered.)
