Job Summary We're looking for a dedicated Communications and Knowledge Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support, especially in communications, knowledge, and digital areas. The role also involves participating in various projects as the marketing department continues to develop and expand. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day tasks to keep our department running smoothly. Communications: Assist with both internal and external communications, including social media. Knowledge Strategy: Help implement our firm's knowledge strategy and plan. Digital Workplace Support: Assist with managing intranet sites, Teams, and Viva Engage, including tasks related to information architecture, storage, retention, site building, and workflows. Exciting Projects: Be part of dynamic projects as we develop and grow our marketing department.
