We are seeking SEN Teaching Assistants (TAs) for supply work in a range of mainstream and SEN secondary school settings. Whether you’re looking for day-to-day, short-term, or long-term placements, we have opportunities to suit your availability.
The Role:
Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and other learning difficulties
Assist teachers in delivering differentiated learning tailored to individual student needs
Help create an inclusive, positive, and engaging learning environment
Support students with their social, emotional, and academic development
Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other school staff
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience working with SEN students in a secondary school setting (preferred)
A strong understanding of behaviour management strategies and differentiation
Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
A passion for supporting students with additional learning needs
