The Thomas Bradley Group is a growing organization that focuses on the Legal, Financial, and Property market. Working across the country, we help clients sell their homes, carry out estate planning services such as Will writing and Power of Attorney, or provide financial advice to ensure clients' financial affairs are performing effectively for retirement.
We are looking to fill our reception/administration role in our East Kilbride office. This role is for someone with a polite and confident phone manner and excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. You will need the ability to work with our clients, consultants, and employees in a role of service and support.
Main Responsibilities
1. Handling all incoming phone calls and transferring to the relevant department
2. Managing/processing client paperwork and forwarding it to the relevant department
3. Sending follow-up emails and letters to clients on behalf of consultants and case managers
4. Managing referrals to our financial services and estate agency team
5. Providing ad-hoc support to our legal team
6. Ensuring the office is stocked with appropriate stationary/sales material
Skill Requirements:
Essential:
1. Competent with operation of all Microsoft Office systems – including Excel, Word, and database
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
3. Willingness to undertake additional tasks and training as required
4. Experience in dealing with members of the public
Desired:
1. Previous experience of a similar office role (2 years)
2. Previous experience in the legal or financial service industry / estate agency related environment
