Person Specification
Qualifications
* You are a qualified RGN with NMC registration and a mentorship qualification.
Experience
* You've already worked as a Junior Sister / Charge Nurse or Ward Manager. Either way, you hold considerable nursing management experience and you're organised, highly motivated and engaged.
