About the role It’s an exciting time to join MAB’s Content Marketing team, with ambitious plans in 2025 and beyond to develop customer narratives focused on how we engage and interact with a wide range of customers, such as first-time buyers, new homeowners and many more valued audiences. Our Content team create high-quality and engaging multi-purpose content across our website, app, social media, and other marketing materials. Your expertise in shaping a brand’s voice and driving audience engagement will be key to connect with our valued customers. You’ll be part of a talented team with additional expertise in Multimedia, Social Media and PR, to create compelling narratives together, also working closely with our Digital and Brands teams to amplify the brand voice. About the role Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies aligned with the MAB brand or self-branded businesses. Produce a wide range of high-quality content, including website copy, articles, email campaigns, and more. Develop a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices. Optimise SEO content, ensuring strong keyword usage and meta descriptions. Edit and proofread content for clarity, consistency, and accuracy. Collaborate with Design and Digital teams and senior stakeholders in the wider business to create compelling content. Analyse content performance metrics to identify trends and optimise future content. Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all content. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Strong experience as a Content Writer, or in a similar role. Proven ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content. Strong understanding of SEO principles and content marketing strategies. Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and SEO tools. Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of high-quality content. Able to prioritise and adapt at pace, while managing a fluctuating workload. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience writing copy for Financial Products or having worked in the Financial Services industry is desirable.
