This post is based in North East Shropshire covering Whitchurch, Wem and Market Drayton.

Successful applicants will join one of the supportive, dedicated Public Health teams delivering universal and targeted support to children under 5 and their families in Shropshire.
We use RiO electronic record which facilitates home working for staff, allowing for greater flexibility in working and work life balance. You will therefore need to be a good communicator and work well as part of a team as well as being able to work independently.
Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust provides community-based health services for adults and children in Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin, Dudley and some services in surrounding areas too.
