Omnichannel Data Hub supports the Sanofi Specialty Care, General Medicines and Vaccines business units to manage HCP Campaign Performance, Consumer Profiles & Campaign Management and Consumer Activation & Measurement. In this role you would join our talented team in Budapest, while helping establish the new data technical deliver center in Budapest. It is a unique opportunity to join a new team within an established organization.
Main responsibilities:
In this role as a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing complex datasets, generating actionable insights, and facilitating data-driven decision-making processes. Specifically,
Analyze issues within omnichannel data and Vendor provided data sources, as it pertains to data foundations
Conduct thorough data validation and quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of datasets
Provide accurate translation of Data Source object model into warehouse and reporting of KPI’s
Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements for data use, analysis, and quality, communicate solution tradeoffs to frame and influence project decisions
Engage delivery teams to communicate solution vision and priorities, promote usability standards and design solutions with a high-quality, effortless UX
Proactively monitor industry, functional, and technology trends to guide business partners on emerging opportunities
Support enterprise digital strategy and organizational change management
Define, setup, and execute test cases to validate that the solution meets functional and non-functional requirements
Ensure that data is managed / analyzed in compliance with applicable quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX, etc.) and cybersecurity requirements
Identify and aggregate data from internal and external sources, guide solution design to meet data and integration requirements
Envision future use cases for big data and roadmap solutions to fulfill those use cases
Identify new opportunities to leverage data and to integrate data or applications to enhance business value
Contribute to management of central data stores and metadata, provide consultative support and advice on technology projects led by business partners
Participate in the visualization strategy and execute to improve products, infrastructure and processes.
Manage external 3rd Party vendors and provide oversight on warehousing, engineering dashboarding projects
Remains up to date on company’s standards, industry practices and emerging standards, support global, Enterprise-class systems, regarding ITIL/ITSM processes/practices
Identify areas in need of improvement and the drive to put a solution in place which addresses those needs
Prepare and maintain training material and SOPs, knowledge base articles and technical documentation
About you
Core Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or similar field
Proficiency in SQL (Snowflake) and Python for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
Expert in Analytics and data warehouse concepts
Knowledge of KPIs, hierarchies, and the understanding of data relationships
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, effectively communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and in writing
3 years+ experience in relevant role
Preferred Experience : Pharmaceutical and/or Patient Support experience
Strong understanding of Snowflake data warehouse and cloud-based data technologies
Snowflake, IICS
Ability to connect to data sources (internal and external), import data, and transform data
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and scripting
Experience in Agile development processes and DevOps methodology / principals
Knowledge of cloud computing (AWS / Azure)
