Job Responsibilities:
1. Undertake customer information obtained by the company through promotion, active consultation, and other online channels; responsible for actively calling and contacting customers.
2. Communicate with customers online through telephone calls or WhatsApp; understand the basic situation of customers, dig and match their needs, and invite them.
3. Select valuable customers, record their basic information, timely and synchronously allocate them to the corresponding regional dealers, assist them in promoting customer cooperation, and follow up on progress.
4. Utilize electric sales, online tools, etc., to effectively explore customer needs and find business opportunities.
Requirements:
1. More than 3 years of sales experience in the construction machinery industry.
2. Telemarketing experience in SaaS products, Udesk, and other fields is preferred.
3. Work steadfastly, carefully, with customer service awareness and a strong sense of responsibility.
