Inventory Clerk / Letting Agent

Role Overview
As an Inventory Clerk/ Letting Agent, you will be working with a team to efficiently let a portfolio of residential properties in Milton Keynes, with the responsibility of compiling detailed inventories of properties in readiness for tenants to move into their new properties. You will also support the Lettings team with their duties.
Your primary role as the team's Inventory Clerk will be to compile property inventories, which will involve:
* Inspecting the property throughout before the tenancy commences
* Making detailed notes and taking detailed pictures of the property
* Taking note of appliance serial numbers
* Taking pictures of any defects
* Taking pictures of utility meters and smoke alarms
* This will be done by using an inventory app on an iPad
* Advising the team of any outstanding works required
As a member of the Lettings team, your role will also involve:
* Booking viewings
* Booking valuations
* Providing updates to tenants and landlords
* Supporting the team with general admin duties
* Answering phone calls and speaking with walk-in customers

Salary:
£14,400 per annum salary depending on agreed hours.
Must have a full driving license and vehicle to use for work.
All training will be provided, including future opportunities to go on relevant courses to progress within your career.
Working Hours:
This is a Part-time position, working 3 days per week, 9 am to 6 pm.
Working days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
Working rota can be reviewed.
