The Role
As an Internal Sales Advisor you will:
1. Develop and maintain new sales which will be beneficial and profitable, proactively targeting new customers.
2. Collaborate closely with the warehouse team to ensure the right products are delivered at the right time.
3. Engage regularly with their external sales force and credit control teams.
4. Follow up on all sales quotes and leads in a timely manner, record activity and utilise internal systems accurately.
5. Input orders into their system and maintain sales records.
The Candidate
You should have:
1. Previous and demonstrable experience ideally within a merchants business.
2. Experience in a Sales-focused role.
3. The ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
4. Strong customer service experience and IT literacy.
