Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Staff Nurse on Toni and Guy Ward. Toni & Guy Ward is a 15 bedded general medical paediatric ward. We care for children from 0 to 16 years of age that are predominantly admitted via our Emergency Department. We are also a shared care centre for Oncology, a tertiary care centre for Cystic Fibrosis and Sickle Cell disease, along with general respiratory patients. You must be a Registered Children's Nurse with excellent clinical skills, self-motivated, enthusiastic and committed to providing high standards of care for all our paediatric patients, their families and carers. The ability to demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills is essential and an interest to develop knowledge and skills and own practice. Care and compassion in meeting the needs of our paediatric patients and families is important to us.
